Each person is permitted to hold only one account on 999sz. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested while you are logged in are considered to have been made by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should notify 999sz immediately.
Account Verification: 999sz may request identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Verification may involve confirming your CNIC details or other identity information. Accounts that do not complete requested verification steps may have withdrawal requests paused until verification is completed.
All deposits on 999sz are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer (IBFT), Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Cashier section of your account.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
999sz does not apply deposit fees from its side. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges for certain transaction types. These are outside of 999sz's control and are your responsibility to check with your payment provider directly.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through the Withdrawal section of your account. Supported withdrawal methods mirror the deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and card. As a general principle, withdrawals should be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.
Winnings generated from your own deposited PKR balance (not from bonus credit) are generally available for withdrawal without additional conditions. Winnings generated from bonus credit are subject to the wagering requirements attached to that bonus — see Section 6 for details.
Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, often completing within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take longer. 999sz processes withdrawal requests as promptly as reasonably possible; delays caused by payment providers or banking systems are outside our direct control.
No Withdrawal Fees: 999sz does not charge a withdrawal fee for any supported method. The PKR amount you request to withdraw is the amount transferred to your payment account, subject to any minimum withdrawal thresholds applicable to your chosen method.
999sz may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives to registered users from time to time. The specific terms governing each promotion — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — are stated on the individual promotion page and should be read before claiming.

Wagering Note: Wagering requirements mean that bonus credit must be turned over a specified number of times before withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — check the specific offer terms.

The following conduct is prohibited on 999sz. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and in serious cases referral to relevant authorities:
Fraud and Financial Crime: 999sz takes fraud and financial crime seriously. Any suspected fraudulent activity on an account will result in immediate suspension of the account and all pending transactions pending investigation. Where evidence of fraud is identified, the matter may be escalated to appropriate authorities.
999sz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or where 999sz determines in good faith that continued access creates a risk to the platform or other users.
You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account, any remaining verified balance (i.e., funds not subject to pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time period, subject to standard identity verification.
Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms will not have their balance returned. Winnings generated through conduct that violates these Terms are not considered legitimate and will be forfeited.
999sz provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functional, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable at times due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999sz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming activity, loss of data, or technical disruptions.
Gaming on 999sz carries inherent financial risk. You accept full responsibility for your gaming decisions and the financial consequences of those decisions. The platform provides entertainment; it does not provide financial advice, investment returns or guaranteed income of any kind.
